Kettlebell Certification Coming up!

Well tomorrow I leave for a Kettlebell Specialty Certification with Jeff Martone from CrossFit. Schedule seems pretty packed with hands on class most of the day for a couple of days with some sit down time too. Hopefully will have some video to post when I get back.
